We have been made aware that all of the Q4-2013 reports, distributed to the Sponsor Mailboxes last Friday, were truncated.
Although we believe that none of the data fields were truncated, the number of spaces which pad the records to the full field width, had been shortened. The result was that any sponsor who tried to read these files, per the file’s specification, may have experienced difficulties.
As of this morning, the problem has been corrected and any Sponsor who experienced difficulty reading these reports should download them again.
